Hello, my name is Amanda! I am the working hands and owner behind Sweet Day’s. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a soft spot for dessert. My passion for baking started after endlessly binge-watching Cupcake Wars and obsessing over the iconic Sprinkles cupcakes. As I got older, I put baking aside and became very conscious of my health and nutrition. With my newfound interest, I couldn’t help but restrict myself from these bites of joy and label them as “unhealthy.” So, I tried to find healthier alternatives. I searched long and hard, but the only alternatives I found were either highly processed or contained nuts. And, with my diagnosed nut allergy, I was limited to certain baked goods. Frustrated, I strived to create something that satisfied my craving for something sweet – without having to feel cautious or guilty. And that is when the idea of Sweet Day’s was born.
